Manitou Messenger

Ad Rates

• The Messenger is a five column, broad sheet newspaper (approximately 11.5” wide by 20” high) published 22 times each year.
• Circulation is approximately 3,000 per week. It is distributed throughout the St. Olaf community and throughout the nation by subscription, in addition to online via e-mail subscriptions.
• The Messenger has two sections (News, Opinions, Sports & Variety and Arts) for a total of 12 pages. Color is used on the first and last pages of both sections.

Terms and Conditions

• Advertising space must be reserved by 5 p.m. on the FRIDAY before the publication date.
• Advertisements must be received by the MONDAY before the publication date. Electronic form is preferred (mess-advertise@stolaf.edu)
• The Messenger bills monthly, unless other terms are agreed upon with our business manager prior to publication. One tear sheet will be provided as proof of publication. Additional tear sheets and full copies available on request.
• Payment must be received 30 days after the invoice is received. All other terms must be agreed upon at the time of sale. If payment is not received, a penalty will be assessed on a weekly basis.
• The executive editors reserve the right to refuse publication if the advertisement does not comply with the Messenger policies.
