Year-round workouts make “offseason” a misnomer
As spring approaches, it is time to roll out the red carpet for spring sports. But it is also time for fall and winter sports to continue practice. It’s no secret that during the season, sports are time-consuming. But does the madness continue year-round?
The St. Olaf men’s and women’s track and field teams claimed several top finishes at Friday’s Qualifier, their final regular season indoor meet ahead of this weekend’s MIAC Championships.
After gaining only one point against St. Mary’s in their final regular season series, the St. Olaf women’s hockey team steamrolled the Cardinals in Tuesday’s MIAC opener 3-1 to advance to the conference semifinal.
